I am about to start my journey to become a healthy weight after being over weight my whole life.
I was searching the Internet looking for some inspirational stories pictures and quotes. However all i could find is these stick thin pictures with pro anorexia messages.
So this date, 22/03/2011, marks the date of a HEALTHY inspirational blogg. I am going to also report on my weight loss over time.
