Kelly Osbourne lost 2 Stone through healthy eating and pilates


These are  before and after pictures of kelly osbourne in, the first from 2007 and the other from 2011. I personally think she now looks amazing. 

 Hear how she says she achieved it : 
 'A trick I've learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I've found just having a tiny little snack - like half an apple or something like that - before you go to sleep really helps.'

She is personally one of my idols during my weight loss attempt, i hope i do as well as she did.
